Tracy is responsible for many areas of POD's operations, but primarily provides operational and adminstarion support to leadership in the areas of technology and overall strategy.

Robert Taylor

Rob looks after the compliance section of POD and has extensive experience of workplace risk assessments and the management of Noise and Vibration in a range of working environments. Application of safety management systems. Proven track record of developing and delivering targeted health and safety training to employees and managers at all levels. Practical experience of working in a range of construction and industrial settings which has assisted my understanding of the problems encountered by operational staff.
